Day 311 Reubens


2 Slices Rye Bread
2 Tablespoons Thousand Island Dressing
2 Tablespoons Sauerkraut
2 Ounces Vegan Lunch meat
2 Slices Vegan Swiss Style Cheese

Arrange the bread on a baking sheet.  Spread each slice with 1 tablespoon Thousand Island.  Next add the lunch meat, then  cheese and finally the sauerkraut. Broil until the cheese melts.

Goes well with Spinach Salad
