Tracey Takes Manhattan
My version of a Manhattan
1/4 Cup Rye Whisky (I used Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye)
1/4 Cup Cherry Wine (I used Hiddencroft Vineyards)
1 Tablespoon Lemon Simple Syrup
Dash Blood Orange Bitters
Place all ingredients in a metal shaker filled with ice. Shake once or twice. Pour into a martini glass. Add a cherry if you have one.
