Day 143 Green Power Smoothie


Green Power Smoothie

1 Cup Cannelini Beans, cooked
1 Banana, peeled frozen and sliced
1 Tablespoon Flaxseed
1 Cup Frozen Fruit
1 Cup Kale Leaves
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (Day 137)
1/2 - 1 Cup Cold Water, depending on how thick you want the smoothie
1 Teaspoon Spirulina
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
