Workout - 45 minutes weights, 15 minutes bike
30 minute interval circuit
air yoga

Breakfast - Oatmeal with maple syrup

Lunch - Mushroom Tofu Burger with pickle relish, lettuce, ketchup and roasted tomato salsa on a fat free tortilla
Crispy Rice Bar

Dinner - Spaghetti with tomato sauce and meatless balls

Snack - mixed nuts
