Day 215 Cannellini Bean Dip

Cannellini Bean Dip

1 1/2 Cups Cooked Cannellini Beans
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
2 Tablespoons Bean Liquid
1/2 Onion, diced
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Carrot sticks for dipping
Whole Wheat Crackers for dipping
Ready to process

In food processor, combine all the ingredients until smooth.  Serve with the carrots and crackers.

Goes well with a large green salad.
