Day 34 Hot Asian Slaw

Hot Asian Slaw

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Teaspoon Wasabi Powder
Wasabi is very spicy hot and a small amount works

1 Clove Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Safflower Oil
2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
12 Ounces Silken Tofu, drained and diced
Usually found in the refrigerator section near the eggs

4 Cups Napa Cabbage, shredded

2 Cups Bok Choy, shredded
Bok Choy us a type of cabbage.  Cut off the base before shredding.  Both the stalks and leaves are eaten.

2 Cups Shiitake Mushrooms, stemmed and sliced

1. Add soy sauce, lemon. wasabi, garlic, and oils to a large skillet.  Mix and heat.  Add tofu.  Saute for 5 minutes.
Saute ingredients in the skillet.

2. Add the vegetables.  Cover and cook until the cabbages are wilted.

4 Servings

Goes well with Corn Bisque
