Green Cabbage with Cannellini Beans
4 Cups Green Cabbage, chopped
1 Can Cannellini Beans, drained
1/2 Cup Onions, diced
3 Ounces Sun Dried Tomatoes (not packed in oil)
1/4 Cup Total Parsley and Sage, chopped
2 Cups Veggie Stock
1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. In a large skillet, add stock and bring to a boil.
2. Add the cabbage, onions and tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium.
3. Cook for 10 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients, stirring frequently. Simmer and cook until the tomatoes are plump.
