Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Onion, diced
1/4 Cup Malt Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Molasses
1 Tablespoon Tamarind Extract
1 Sheet Nori, torn
3 Cloves Garlic
Zest of 1 Lemon
Pinch of Ground Cloves
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve and pour into a jar. Keeps in the refrigerator for several months,
