Chickenless Turnovers
4 Ounces Vegan Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Earth Balance, softened
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Buffalo Wings, chopped (Day 316)
1 Tablespoon Onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon Red Bell Pepper, chopped
2 Tablespoons Garlic Mayonnaise (Day 315)
1 Teaspoon Ale and Brown Sugar Mustard (Day 172)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon White Pepper
1. Beat cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy. Blend in flour to make a soft dough. Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Combine chicken, onion, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly.
3. Roll dough out on a well floured surface. Cut into rounds with a cookie cutter. Place filling on a round. Use water to wet the circumference of the round. Top with another round and press to seal. Brush top with water. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining rounds.

4. Bake at 375 F in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden. The number you make will depend on the size of the cookie cutter.
