Day 16 Papaya Jicama Salad



Papaya Jicama Salad

Incredibly easy and extremely tasty.

Papaya - I use the larger Mexican papaya which is not as sweet

Avocado
Jicama

1/4 Cup Walnuts

Raspberry Dressing - I used the Kens Steakhouse Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

Everything just needs to be chopped and mixed together.  Add 2 to 3 tablespoons for the dressing and mix.  You are ready to eat.

Goes well with Chickpea Stew
