Day 216 Tondini Bean Dip


Tondini Bean Dip

1 1/2 Cups Cooked Tondini Beans
2 Tablespoons Bean Liquid
4 Ounces Silken Tofu
2 Cloves Garlic
Juice of 2 Lemons
1/4 Cup Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Branch Sage
Salt and Pepper to taste
Carrot Sticks for dipping
Whole Wheat Crackers for dipping

In a food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth.  Serve with carrot sticks and crackers.
Ready to process

Goes well with a spinach salad.
