Vinegary Coleslaw
2 Tablespoons Champagne Vinegar
Champagne vinegar |
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Stoneground Mustard
Pinch of Celery Seed
Pinch of Salt
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
3 Small Carrots, grated
1/4 Red Onion, sliced
1. Whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, celery seed and salt together to made a dressing.

2. Mix the vegetables together and coat with the dressing.
